This page explains how to delete your account association and related data for the app Lotería Griton@ by Kabra gws (package com.kabragws.lotgrit), as required by Google Play. The app offers an optional Google Sign-In; we do not create accounts on our own servers, and your preferences are stored only on your device.
How to delete your account and data
- In the app: open Settings (gear icon) → Account → Sign out.
- Revoke the app's access to your Google account: go to myaccount.google.com/connections and remove Lotería Griton@.
- Uninstall the app — this permanently deletes all locally stored data (selected deck, voice, card-timing preferences, and the local "remove ads" flag).
- To request deletion of any remaining data associated with your account, email privacy@kabragws.com from the Google account you used in the app, with the subject "Account deletion — Lotería Griton@". We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when completed. No account or app access is required to make this request.
What is deleted
- App preferences (stored on-device) — deleted immediately when you uninstall the app.
- The association between the app and your Google account — removed when you revoke access in your Google account settings.
- Any data tied to your account that is described in our Privacy Policy — deleted upon email request, within 30 days.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records of the one-time "remove ads" product are retained by Google Play under Google's own retention policies (required for refunds, taxes, and fraud prevention). We cannot delete these on Google's behalf; you can manage them in your Google Play account.
- Advertising-related data (advertising ID, ad interactions, diagnostics, approximate location) is processed and retained by Google AdMob under Google's policies. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- We keep no server-side databases of user data, so there is nothing else for us to retain.
