Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of apps built by Kabra gws — starting with Lotería Griton@.
Effective date: August 20, 2026 · Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, or using an app published by Kabra gws ("Kabra gws," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
2. About the app
Lotería Griton@ is a free mobile app published by Kabra gws (package com.kabragws.lotgrit) that "calls" cards for the traditional Mexican game of lotería — shuffling and announcing cards aloud at random using pre-recorded audio clips bundled with the app.
3. Eligibility
Lotería Griton@ and other Kabra gws apps covered by these Terms are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically at children.
4. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kabra gws grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the app or any of its content, in whole or in part, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. In-app purchase — "Remove ads"
The app offers an optional, non-consumable "Remove ads" product, purchased through Google Play Billing. Purchasing this product removes advertising from the app going forward. The purchase, billing, and any refunds are handled entirely by Google Play under Google's own policies — Kabra gws does not process payments and does not receive or store your payment card details. See our Privacy Policy for more on how purchase entitlement data is handled.
6. Third-party services
The app relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own terms:
Google Play Billing — processes the optional "Remove ads" purchase.
Google Sign-In — optional authentication via Android's Credential Manager.
Google AdMob & User Messaging Platform (UMP) — serves ads and manages ad-consent preferences, unless you've purchased ad removal.
See our Privacy Policy for details on what data these services collect, and Google's own policies at policies.google.com/terms.
7. User conduct
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or any of the third-party services it relies on.
8. Intellectual property
The name "Lotería Griton@," the app's card artwork, its themed decks, and the app's other original content are owned by Kabra gws or its licensors. Traditional Mexican lotería — the underlying game, its rules, and the generic names and imagery of the classic card set — is a longstanding part of the public cultural heritage of Mexico. Kabra gws does not claim ownership over the traditional game itself, only over this specific app, its implementation, and its original artwork.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kabra gws is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
11. Termination
Kabra gws may discontinue the app, or any of its features, at any time. You may stop using the app and uninstall it whenever you choose. See our Account & Data Deletion page for how to remove your data.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our apps evolve or as we add new apps to the list below. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
